Specialized in Retirement, Investment, and Tax Management. It's not just our name. It's what we do.

At R.I.T. Wealth Advisors, we specialize in individuals and families approaching or living in retirement—and we also work with those earlier who want today's decisions to shape tomorrow's retirement.

That focus lets us go deeper than a generalist firm, coordinating your income strategy, investments, tax planning, and estate plan into one unified retirement plan. These decisions — sustainable spending, tax-efficient withdrawals, Social Security timing, investment management, and estate planning — are interconnected, and getting one wrong affects the rest. We're built to see the whole picture and manage it all for you.

The result: a retirement plan that's complete and actively managed, so you can step back from the complexity and simply enjoy the retirement you worked so hard for.

01

INCOME PLANNING

A retirement income plan built around your life — not just your portfolio.

Every plan starts with one question: How much can you sustainably spend — for the rest of your life?

We assess every income source — Social Security, pensions, investments, real estate — then answer what matters most:

Do I have enough to retire? What can I realistically spend?

From there, we build a withdrawal strategy designed to minimize your lifetime tax burden and withstand the four forces that threaten every retirement: inflation, taxes, market volatility, and longevity.

SOCIAL SECURITY & HEALTH PLANNING

Decisions worth six figures, made carefully.

When and how you claim Social Security can cost — or save — you $100,000 or more. For married couples, spousal and survivor strategies raise the stakes further.

We model every claiming scenario against your full financial picture — income, taxes, life expectancy, and spending needs — to maximize your lifetime benefit.

We also navigate the healthcare decisions that can derail even a solid retirement plan: coverage before Medicare, Medicare plan selection, and long-term care.

Every decision here is interconnected. None are made in isolation.

This includes:

· Social Security break-even & optimization analysis

· Spousal and survivor benefit coordination

· Medicare Part B, C & D evaluation

· Pre-Medicare bridge planning

· Long-term care planning & analysis

03

INVESTMENT PLANNING

A portfolio built for accumulation is the wrong portfolio for retirement.

Once retirement begins, the rules change. You're no longer adding to your portfolio — you're drawing from it. A strategy built for growth can leave you exposed to the risk most advisors underestimate: being forced to sell at the wrong time.

· We redesign your investment strategy around the realities of retirement — income needs, risk tolerance, time horizon, and tax situation. No cookie-cutter formulas.

· We also combine qualitative research on the broader market landscape with sophisticated quantitative analysis at the individual investment level — the kind of analytical depth traditionally reserved for institutional investors and endowments.

· The result: a portfolio built not just to perform, but to sustain your retirement in any market environment.

TAX-SMART STRATEGIES

Keep more of what you've earned.

Taxes are one of retirement's largest expenses — and one of the most manageable. Yet most retirees overpay simply because their advisor and tax preparer aren't working together.

At R.I.T., tax strategy is built into every decision — portfolio structure, withdrawal sequencing, estate positioning. We think about taxes not just this year, but across your entire retirement.

That means finding opportunities most advisors miss: Roth conversions in low-income years, tax-loss harvesting, strategic charitable giving, and coordinated withdrawals across taxable and tax-advantaged accounts.

Because retirement isn't just about what you've earned. It's about what you keep.

This includes:

· Retirement income tax planning & projections

· Roth conversion strategy & analysis

· Tax-efficient withdrawal sequencing

· Tax-loss harvesting & portfolio tax management

· Charitable giving & donor-advised fund strategies

· Coordination across income, investments & estate plan

05

ESTATE PLANNING

Protect your legacy, on your terms.

Building significant wealth is one accomplishment. Ensuring it passes to the people and causes you care about — efficiently, intentionally, and exactly as you intend — is another. Without a coordinated estate plan, even the most carefully constructed retirement can leave unnecessary tax burdens and legal complications for the people you love most.

At R.I.T. Wealth Advisors, estate planning is not a separate conversation — it is woven into every aspect of your retirement plan. We review your complete financial picture to identify gaps, exposure, and opportunities that a standalone estate attorney may never see, because they don't have visibility into your full financial life the way we do.

We work closely with your estate attorney — or help you find one — ensuring that your beneficiary designations, account titling, trust structures, and overall estate strategy are all aligned and working together. Nothing is reviewed in isolation. Everything is coordinated with your retirement income plan, your tax strategy, and your investment portfolio.

Because a legacy worth building is a legacy worth protecting.

What this includes:

  • Beneficiary designation review and update

  • Account titling and ownership analysis

  • Trust coordination and asset alignment

  • Estate tax exposure assessment

  • Spousal and survivor protection planning

  • Coordination with your estate attorney

RETIREMENT DESCISION MAKING

The biggest financial decisions of your life deserve more than a guess.

Retirement isn't a single decision — it's a series of them. Unlike decisions made during your working years, these are often irreversible, deeply interconnected, and compound over decades. Getting them wrong is costly in ways that are hard to undo.

We serve as the trusted partner clients turn to when a major decision is on the table — not to decide for them, but to model every scenario, stress-test every outcome, and make clear what each choice means for their plan, taxes, estate, and legacy.

Should you pay off your mortgage before retiring? Downsize or relocate? How do you respond if the market drops early in retirement? What if your spending needs change?

We answer these questions with analysis, not instinct — at the start of the relationship and throughout your entire retirement.

This includes:

· Real estate & housing decision analysis

· Early retirement feasibility & timing

· Spending adjustment planning & stress testing

· Market downturn response & sequence-of-returns protection

· Major purchase & liquidity planning

· Pension election & lump sum analysis

· Ongoing plan monitoring & proactive adjustments
